2008 – Full complement needle track roller - stud type – with or without an eccentric axle box
This type of roller is characterized by an integrated stud and a thick outer ring can rotate directly on mating track
Typically used when high load capacity and high shock resistance are required it can, also, support angular misalignments because of the particular geometry of outer surface generatrix
The full complement roller can support higher loads than the roller with cage, but the maximum operation speed is lower.
It can be provided with an eccentric axle box to allow the radial adjustement.
A watertight version is also available.
