A stud type track rollers with axial shoulder – full complement of cylindrical rollers is characterized by an integrated stud and a thick outer ring that can directly rotate on the mating tracks. Typically used when high load capacity and high shock resistance are required it can, also, support angular misalignments because of the particular geometry of the generatrix of the outer surface . The axial guide (non-separable assembly) gives the roller the ability to support axial loads. The full complement roller can support very high loads. The axial guide rib between the two rows creates an extra room for the lubricant thus improving the operation of the roller. A watertight version and a labyrinth shield version are available. It can be provided with an eccentric axle box to allow the radial adjustement.
